Great for sleep or study

I use the phone app for falling asleep and I have the computer app running in the background when I am writing papers and stressed out. As someone who can’t concentrate with music but also hates silence, this is a really useful tool! Some of the sounds are things I would never use (lookin at you “Butterfly” and “Medieval”) but I’m sure someone out there loves those.
